Requirements for Independent Living

Eligibilty for residence in an apartment in the Village shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

1. At least one of the residents must be at least sixty-two (62) years old.
2. Within ninety (90) days prior to moving into an apartment in the Village, each resident must be certified by a licensed physician as being able to live independently and unassisted. The facility provides forms and obtains necessary information to verify the process.
3. The residents must have the necessary financial resources to meet the cost requirements of residence in the Village.
