Senior Living Apartments

There are 200 private apartments at Westhills Village. A choice of sizes and locations assures the perfect setting for your own personal furnishings and you may decorate to your tastes.

Retirement is not a requirement for residency. Some of our residents are continuing their business activities. Apartment residents come and go as they please; enjoying the freedom of retirement living and the financial, physical and emotional security Westhills provides.

Westhills Village Apartments provide all utilities including cable TV as well as a number of quality services including maintenance, regularly scheduled cleaning and weekly laundry of bed/bath linens.

Facilities are conveniently located just a short distance from the Rapid City Regional Hospital and other major medical facilities.

Putting Green
A putting green is available for all residents to brush up on their putting and chipping skills. Made of maintentence-free synthetic golf turf, the green has six holes, a sand trap and a chipping green. This same type of green is installed and used by professional golfers in the backyards including John Daly, Jasper Paverik and Michael Jordon.

Life Care
Life care communities are a specialized type of independent living community. Westhills Village provides services specific to the contract for the rest of a person's life. This contract allows the person to live independently, with services, plus having access to Assisted Living or Health Care (nursing home) as their needs change. Westhills Village provides a continuum of accommodations for older adults.
