Clarkson Mt. View Health Care Facility is a 52 bed, state licensed, Medicare approved facility. Long and short term stays are provided in private and semi private accommodations. A comfortable and welcoming environment welcomes all guests.

The main focus at Clarkson Mt. View Health Care Facility is rehabilitation. A very high percentage of our residents return to their independent living setting because of our utilization of rehab. A professional nurse is on duty 24 hours a day and our Medical Director is involved in the operations of our facility.

Residents are encouraged to participate in a variety of activities, outings and events that are planned to meet each individual’s creative, spiritual, recreational and social needs.

A Social Services Coordinator, Activity Director, Director of Nursing, Therapist and Dietary Aide meet on a regular basis with each resident and their family. This “plan of care” meeting ensures that the specific needs of each resident are being met in the most effective means possible.

Located on the west side of Rapid City, Clarkson Mt. View Health Care Facility also offers another choice of service for residents of the community. Purchased by Westhills Village in 2000, Clarkson has been renovated and upgraded to a beautiful, well equipped facility.
