Her daughter, Pat, said, "When I first visited this facility, the Social Service Manager gave me a tour. I found this very helpful and informative and I thought the facility was very clean and homey. I felt this would be a very pleasant place to have my mother.

My mother's needs are addressed promptly by all staff. When she was first admitted, she was in a semi-private room and the roommate situation was not working out. I discussed this with SS and staff and when a private room became available, she was promptly moved.

I also like the care conferences. They are very beneficial and keep me up to date on how my mother is doing. I also appreciate the fact that I am kept informed on any changes that may be going on with my mother as they occur. "
