Home Health Care is professional health care in your home serving anyone, anywhere in Rapid City and the surrounding area.
Home Health Care is recognized by Medicare, insurance companies and medical professionals as an important part of the health care industry. Home care services can shorten hospital stays, prevent rehospitalization and reduce the cost of illness. While convalescing, home care allows the patient to remain at home with family in comfortable and familiar surroundings.
Under the direction of a physician, home care staff provides nursing, personal care and therapy services in the patient's home during scheduled visits. Working together, the patient, family, doctor, home health staff and the health insurance company determine how many visits are necessary. Home visits can be scheduled for the convenience of the patient's household.

is professional in-home assistance. Care may be provided in conjunction
with your doctor's prescribed treatment, or separately through our Independence
Plus program.
Wellness
Program
Westhills Village continues to place great emphasis on wellness. We provide
a wide variety of topic presentations (i.e.hypertension, memory skills,
diabetes, cardiac disease, etc.) and health screenings (i.e.blood pressure,
pulse oximetry, etc.) Our speakers are qualified health professionals
and there is no charge for these services.
